Code of Conduct

Tiger Wests is committed to a safe, respectful and enjoyable environment for all athletes, families, officials and volunteers.

Athletes​

  • Compete honestly and with good sportsmanship
  • Treat fellow athletes, officials and parents with respect
  • Follow the instructions of Age Managers and officials
  • Stay with your age group at all times

Parents and spectators​

  • Encourage all athletes, not just your own child
  • Respect officials' decisions
  • No verbal abuse, intimidation or harassment

Volunteers and officials​

  • Treat all athletes equally and fairly
  • Act in the best interests of children in your care
  • Report any safety concerns immediately to a Committee member

Tiger Wests operates under all Little Athletics NSW policies, including Member Protection and the Child Safe Framework.

Complaints​

Raise complaints with the Club President or Secretary in the first instance.
